Make a Booking

Due to demand, it is recommend that you arrange appointments at least two weeks in advance.
Bookings can be made in person, over the phone or by email, during the following hours:

Please note that full payment for your appointment must be made upon confirmation. Confirmations are sent via sms or a phone call 72-48 hours prior to your appointment and must be confirmed within 24 hours of receiving your confirmation sms or call.
Payment can be made by credit card over the phone or with a valid voucher number.
Refunds will not be issued after confirming your appointment.

What if I am late for my appointment?

Arriving late will unfortunately limit the time allocated for your treatment; it will lessen its effectiveness and importantly your experience. So please plan your day to fully accommodate your appointment time. As a courtesy to all our clients, all treatments are completed as scheduled.

Cancellation policy

We understand that you may need to change your schedule sometimes. However, when you do, due to demand, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice.
Bookings that are not confirmed within 24 hours of receiving your confirmation sms or call will be considered cancelled.
Cancellation or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee or use of voucher.
